During the second year of life, children make a leap in their development.

The second year of life is a time of discovery, growth, and adventure. As a parent, it's important to support children by paying attention to certain aspects of development. Here are three products that can contribute to your little one's physical and cognitive development, along with other important developmental aspects:

    Learning tower

A learning tower is more than just a stepping stone. It encourages your child to become independent and learn new skills, like reaching the counter or helping out in the kitchen. By standing at different heights, your child develops their sense of balance and strengthens their muscles. Moreover, it promotes cognitive development through hands-on learning and understanding cause and effect.

    Climbing frames

A climbing frame is a great way to improve your child's motor skills. It encourages them to climb, slide, and balance, which is essential for developing their gross motor skills and muscle strength. It also stimulates their imagination and creativity as they figure out different ways to use the frame.

    Foam Playset

A foam playset provides a safe and stimulating environment for your child to explore and play. With soft blocks, they can build, stack, and improve their fine motor skills. The colorful design also promotes cognitive development by helping them recognize and name different shapes and colors.

    Other form of development

Besides physical development, children also develop cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and problem-solving. They can solve simple puzzles, categorize objects, and perform simple tasks with guidance.

Of course, there are plenty of other ways to support and motivate your children. During their second year, children begin to become more independent. They learn to dress themselves, eat with cutlery, and use the potty. This contributes to their sense of self-confidence and autonomy.

Children begin to understand and use more words, and they begin to form simple sentences. Through interaction with adults and other children, they learn new words and improve their communication skills.

    An important foundation

By paying attention to both the physical and cognitive aspects of development and providing a stimulating environment in which children can grow, parents and caregivers lay a strong foundation for their children's future lives.
